Questions about an official Boone County criminal record usually belong with the Nebraska office that created or maintains it. Court files go to the clerk, while incident, booking, jail, and warrant questions go to the Boone County Sheriff or the arresting police agency. Statewide RAP reports come from the Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division. The contacts below route each request to its official custodian.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference resource cannot retrieve, correct, seal, or certify a criminal record, perform an official background check, or accept a Nebraska court filing.
